Shipping policy

Where we ship We ship within Canada only. We don't ship to the United States or other countries. If a piece can't be delivered to your address, checkout will tell you before you pay. Some of our suppliers can't deliver to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut. The Mahi bed also can't currently be delivered to New Brunswick or Newfoundland and Labrador.
Processing and delivery Most pieces ship from warehouses in Canada within 1 to 2 business days and arrive in about 1 to 2 weeks. The Mahi bed and the Chateau duvet set can ship to you from our partner in the US. Larger or imported pieces can take about 3 to 5 weeks. When a piece takes longer, its product page says so.
Orders with more than one piece Pieces may ship separately from different warehouses, each with its own tracking number.
Shipping rates Most pieces ship free to most Canadian addresses. The Cammy chair, the Mahi bed and lighting orders under $100 have a delivery fee, shown at checkout before you pay.
- Free shipping: the Chateau duvet set, TA counter stool, Tasca lounge chair and ottoman, EEX side table, Oslo table and floor lamps, Jute floor lamp and Linobianco pendant.
- Free shipping to most addresses: the Alma dining table, Elara coffee table and Elara Wave nightstand. Some rural and remote addresses have a delivery fee, shown at checkout before you pay.
- Mahi bed: $175 delivery to the room of your choice. It can't currently be delivered to New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, the Northwest Territories or Nunavut.
- Cammy dining chair: one fee per order, not per chair. $99.99 for one or two chairs in most provinces, $199 in Alberta and $299 in Quebec. Larger orders can cost more. In Alberta, free pickup from a Calgary or Edmonton warehouse is also offered at checkout. If your order includes other pieces, we'll email you to confirm delivery or pickup before your chairs ship.
- Lighting under $100: a Miki lamp or a Medium Jute pendant on its own has a delivery fee of about $15 to $40 for most addresses, and more for some remote and northern ones. Add a second lamp and standard shipping is free.

Tracking Every order ships with tracking. You'll get an email with the tracking link as soon as each piece ships.
Delayed or lost shipments If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, email aetheros.odyssey@gmail.com and we'll investigate. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Damaged on arrival If your item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos. We'll send a replacement or refund and cover all costs.
Address accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you spot an error, email us within 4 hours and we'll do our best to update it.
