Where we ship

We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping time

Most orders arrive within 7-14 business days of being shipped. Larger furniture items may take longer due to freight scheduling — we'll note this on those product pages.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your order.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Once your order leaves our fulfillment partner, you'll get a confirmation email with the tracking link.

Delayed or lost shipments

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, email hello@justnestlyhome.store and we'll investigate. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Damaged on arrival

If your item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos. We'll send a replacement or refund and cover all costs.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. If you spot an error, email us within 4 hours and we'll do our best to update it.

Customs and duties (US orders)

US customers may be responsible for import duties depending on order value. These are determined by US customs and aren't included in your order total.
