Shipping
How long until my order ships?
Most orders process within 2-5 business days, then 7-14 business days in transit. Furniture and large items may take longer — we note this on the product page.
Where do you ship?
Canada and the United States.
Do you offer free shipping?
Not yet — shipping is calculated at checkout. We're working on a free-shipping threshold for orders within Canada.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with the tracking link.
Returns and refunds
Can I return something?
Yes — most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original condition. See our Refund Policy for the full details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days with photos and we'll send a replacement or refund. Return shipping for damaged items is on us.
How long do refunds take?
5-7 business days from the day we receive your returned item, plus a few extra days for your bank to clear it.
Products
Are the colours in the photos accurate?
Mostly. Screens vary slightly — if a colour match matters (e.g. matching to a couch you already own), email us first and we can confirm or send extra photos.
How do I care for my new piece?
Care instructions are on each product page. If you can't find what you need, email us.
Will you restock this product?
Email us and we'll tell you when it's coming back — or sign up for restock alerts on the product page.
Orders and payment
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 4 hours of placing it and we'll do our best. After that, we may have already started fulfilment.
Can I buy a gift card?
Not yet — coming soon.

No — Nestly is online only.
