Refund policy

We want you to love what you bring home. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Returns
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in original condition — unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are final sale and can't be returned:
- Bath mats and bathroom textiles once used
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund, and the return shipping is on us.
How to start a return
Email aetheros.odyssey@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
Return shipping
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we can't issue refunds for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, place a new order and return the original for a refund.
Cancellations
If you'd like to cancel an order, email us within 4 hours of placing it. After that, we may have already started processing and won't be able to cancel.
