How long it takes

• Total: About 2-3 weeks from order to delivery

Larger furniture items may take longer due to freight scheduling — we'll note this on those product pages.

Calculated at checkout based on your address and items.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll get an email with the link once your order leaves the warehouse.

Damaged or lost

If your item arrives damaged or your tracking has stalled for 7+ days, email hello@justnestlyhome.store. We'll send a replacement or refund.

US orders

US customers may be responsible for import duties depending on order value. These are set by US customs and aren't included in your order total.
